Kraig R. Naasz, president and ceo of the American Frozen Food Institute (AFFI), has been reappointed to serve on the US Chamber of Commerce Association Committee of 100 (C-100).
Founded in 1958, the C-100 is comprised of the nation’s leading trade association chief executives and serves as the primary policy-originating body for the US Chamber of Commerce. The committee also enhances the Chamber’s lobbying and coalition efforts, and works to expand the organization’s outreach to the business and trade association communities.
The C-100 meets twice a year, typically in June and December, and is currently chaired by American Beverage Association President and CEO Susan Neely.
“AFFI, on behalf of its more than 500 members, greatly values its working relationship with the US Chamber of Commerce,” said AFFI Chairman Paul Bakus of Nestlé USA.
Kraig R. NaaszNaasz was first invited to join the C-100 in 2006. The most recent invitation to renew his service came from US Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors Chairman Michael L. Ducker of FedEx Freight Inc.
The McLean, Virginia-headquartered American Frozen Food Institute is the national trade association promoting and representing the interests of all segments of the frozen food and beverage industry. It works to foster industry development and growth, and advocates before legislative and regulatory entities on the industry’s behalf.
