The Alexandria, Virginia, USA-headquartered Global Cold Chain Alliance (GCCA) has named Julie Hanson as its new regional director in Europe. Based in Brussels, her first official day on the job was January 4, 2016.
Hanson is focusing on providing GCCA’s European membership with customer service and benefits as well as relevant and timely educational programming, and building relationships to promote the industry. Among her priorities will be to keep members up to date on pressing issues as well as to work with the association’s European leadership, European Advisory Committee and GCCA staff to produce a successful European Cold Chain Conference, which will be held March 6-8 in Amsterdam.
