EVOL Foods, a Boulder, Colorado, USA-based producer of frozen entrees, burritos and breakfast items, has added two classic Italian dishes and two Mexican items to its range of products. The new lasagnas and enchiladas are made with simple, recognizable ingredients that one can understand and pronounce.

Starting this May here is what will be available in frozen food aisles at grocery stores throughout the United States, with retail pricing set at between $3.99 and 4.99.
- Lasagna & Meat Sauce – Layered with an herbed ricotta cheese blend and garlic and red wine tomato meat sauce topped with mozzarella cheese, the calorie count is 430.
- Butternut Squash Lasagna – Vegetarian lasagna layered with savory cream sauce, butternut squash, a ricotta cheese blend, spinach, carrots and red bell peppers topped with Parmesan and mozzarella cheese. The calorie count is 430.
- Chicken Enchiladas – Made with corn tortillas stuffed with cheddar cheese, tender chicken, rice, black beans, bell peppers, roasted corn, cilantro and lime juice smothered in a spicy red enchilada sauce, it has a calorie count of 410.
- Vegetable Enchiladas – Also made with corn tortillas, the stuffing features black beans, rice, zucchini, cheddar cheese, bell peppers and roasted corn smothered in a salsa verde. The calorie count is 330. $3.99-4.99 MSRP – 330 Calories
