Ontario, California-based Ajinomoto Windsor, Inc. (AW) has launched new frozen Amoy rice and noodle products as well as Mexican dishes under the Posada brand that will soon be served at restaurants and other foodservice outlets throughout the USA.
To streamline kitchens and prove good food can also be served quickly, Amoy’s pre-portioned, ready-to-eat noodles make preparation very straightforward. Offerings range from yaki-soba noodles and low mein to chow mein and whole wheat noodles.
Additionally, Amoy has unveiled two new rice dishes, including chicken fried rice as well as vegetable fried rice. Both feature a blend of long grain rice, assorted vegetables and Asian spices.
Meanwhile, Ajinomoto Windsor’s Mexican food brand, Posada, is rolling out new products. Chief among them is Chorizo & Queso Blanco Mini Tacos – a spicy blend of Mexican pork chorizo, a rich three-cheese blend and onions stuffed inside a mini yellow corn taco.
Looking to expand its range even further in 2017, Ajinomoto Windsor’s R&D team will continue testing new recipes on a daily basis to create innovative, tasty dishes.
