Aunt Bessie’s Vegetable Chips Debut in UK Retail Market

Hull, England-based Aunt Bessie’s has launched 500-gram bags of Vegetable Chips made with sunflower oil. Now available in the frozen food aisles of Tesco, Waitrose and Asda and other retail stores in the United Kingdom, the lightly coated mix of parsnips, carrots and sweet potatoes serves up crisp after 20 minutes of oven baking.

Selling for £1.50, Aunt Bessie’s Vegetable Chips may be served as a side dish or on their own with a dipping sauce. Shoppers who purchase packs between now and June 14 are eligible to win prizes ranging from ‘Chip Flops’ rubber sandals and weekend getaways to a trip to Florida.
