Favorizza has arrived. The new line from the Rietberg, Germany-headquartered Frostkrone Food Group ranges from breakfast-style pizza snacks and veggie and cheese assortments to hot and spicy and even sweet bites. All the frozen finger foods and snacks specialist’s variations require just a few minutes in the oven or in the microwave to become crispy on the outside and light and fluffy inside.
CEO Frédéric Dervieux described the Favorizza product line like this: “In redefining pizza snacks we have combined light yeast dough with various, very popular ingredients, and into the bargain have also developed completely new variations on tastes and flavors. Because it can be prepared really easily and quickly, Favorizza is perfect anywhere, anytime – if you’re snatching a five-minute break from work or enjoying a long, laid-back family evening at home, if you’re on the way to an appointment or if you’re busy in your home office.”
Here’s what’s on the menu:
Burner Buns are small, tasty treats made of typical, pizza dough. They come in three styles with different fillings and are served steaming hot right out of the oven.
Early Bird Buns are positioned as a hearty breakfast choice to start the day with.
Bacon Omelette features a petite yeast dough bun loaded with scrambled egg, cheese and belly bacon, accented with parsley and sprinkled with Gouda cheese.
Mexican-Style Buns are filled with scrambled egg, onions, peppers and tomato sauce and then sprinkled with Gouda cheese.
Goldie Buns (pictured above) are small crispy buns available in three different varieties: Chili con Carne (loaded with a hearty filling of beef pastrami, vegetables and BBQ sauce, then topped with Gouda cheese); Pizza-Style (filled with cheese and tomato sauce and sprinkled with Gouda cheese); Philly Cheese Steak (featuring creamy soft cheese, beef pastrami and onions and then topped with Gouda cheese).
“V-Style” Buns (pictured below), described as “vegan meets Italian cuisine,” are easy-to-hold products are available in six flavors, including: Hummus & Olive (filled with hummus, olives and parsley); Spinach & Smoked Tofu (loaded with spinach and smoked tofu and then rounded off with a hint of garlic); Lentils & Grilled Vegetables (featuring a vegan composition of lentils and grilled vegetables, enhanced with a hint of garlic).

As well as Burner Buns, the Favorizza range is also available in other variations such as aromatic Cheesy Sticks (filled with Gouda), fiery Hot Rolls, small Pizza Mini Bites, and as Sweet Bites.
