St. Simons Island, Georgia, USA-based SeaPak Shrimp & Seafood Co. is promoting its wild-caught Alaska Salmon Burgers as a “better-for-you alternative to traditional grilling proteins” during the outdoors barbecue season this summer. The products are accented with restaurant-style seasoning, making them a tasty complement to sandwiches, salads and rolls.
“Our Alaska Salmon Burgers are a true summer staple,” said Kristen Beadon, director of marketing. “From the dining room to the backyard, these versatile burgers are approachable, packed with flavor, and easy for the whole family to enjoy.”
The product is made with wild-caught Alaskan pink salmon that is certified by the United Nations’ Responsible Fisheries Management program.
“SeaPak’s burgers are low in saturated fat and packed with 16 grams of protein per serving, making them a great option for summer grilling,” said Kaleigh McMordie, a registered dietician and food blogger. “They also help you get in your two servings of fish per week, as recommended by the Dietary Guidelines for Americans.”
SeaPak Alaska Salmon Burgers are easy to prepare. For grilling, just preheat the grill to medium-high, arranges the burgers in a single layer, and cooks for just 5-6 minutes on each side. The burger can also be baked in a conventional oven or pan-seared on a stovetop.
SeaPak Alaska Salmon Burgers are available in the frozen food departments of retailer stores across the USA.
