While there’s still almost two months to go before the January 24-26 International Processing & Production Expo (IPPE) takes place in Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta, Messer Americas is gearing up for celebrations at the show to mark its recent 100th installation of its nitrogen bottom injection chilling system.
In addition, the Bridgewater, New Jersey-based unit of Bad Soden, Germany-headquartered Messer SE & Co. KGaA will showcase a portfolio of freezing application technologies with augmented reality including the new Messer Digital Freezer monitoring system that offers food manufacturers more accurate process control to achieve a step change in quality, traceability, and productivity.
Also featured will be the latest tunnel freezing technologies designed to boost production on new or existing lines for individually quick frozen products, hot products or crust-freezing, in addition to Messer’s family of spiral freezers.
“We understand the right solution can improve the bottom line. For example, a major poultry processor used our IQF freezing solution to boost production by 50% and at the same time, drove down cost to freeze by 43%,” said Dan Morgan, director of food and beverage markets at Messer Americas.
Whether collaborating with processors to increase throughput within a small footprint, convert to nitrogen from carbon dioxide or conduct product testing onsite or at its state-of-the-art technical center in Cleveland, Ohio, Messer works closely with customers to fulfill their ongoing needs.
