Global bakery manufacturer and distributor Dawn Foods has sold its frozen baked goods manufacturing business in Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and Asia Pacific (AMEAP) region to Europastry. for an undisclosed price. The transaction includes Dawn’s Steenbergen frozen bakery manufacturing plant in the Netherlands, its R&D unit in Evesham, England, and all associated customer relationships in the markets purchasing Dawn-produced frozen products.
