Nomad Group Nutrition Leader to Speak at BFFF Technical Conference

Lauren Woodley, the group nutrition leader for Nomad Foods will address the British Frozen Food Federation’s (BFFF) March 8 Technical Conference at the British Motor Museum in Gayton, Warwickshire. Felthham, England-based Nomad Foods, which ranks as Europe’s largest frozen food company, owns the the Birds Eye, Aunt Bessie’s and Goodfella’s brands in the United Kingdom.

Named as the 2020 FDF UK Registered Nutritionist of the Year, Woodley has championed healthy sustainable eating, positive behavior change and nutrition communications and education over the past decade while working in the food industry. She regularly contributes to external publications and events on topics including product reformulation and the UK nutrition policy landscape.

An ardent promoter of STEM careers and people development, Woodley holds a BSc Nutrition Science degree from the University of Surrey. At the BFFF Technical Conference she will offer an overview of the UK nutrition policy landscape and the Nomad Foods UK brand’s journey to HFSS compliance.
