New York City-based Tom Cat Bakery has named the Affinity Group as its national broker for the foodservice market in the United States. It will represent Tom Cat’s portfolio of premium, fully baked, frozen artisan breads to chefs across the country.

Our breads are now available nationwide through Dot Foods, and we need a sales partner with a national footprint and deep foodservice experience to support us. In business for more than 35 years, Tom Cat breads are baked to order and delivered daily in the New York Metropolitan area. Its products are found on the tables at New York’s Four-Star restaurants, landmark hotels and leading sandwich chains. In an effort to better meet the demand of chefs and retailers across the country, the company is ramping up distribution of its fully baked frozen artisan breads including the Brioche Farmhouse Cheddar Pull-Apart Rolls pictured above.
