Denny’s, the Spartanburg, South Carolina-headquartered full-service restaurant chain operating over 1,400 outlets in the United States, is collaborating with the Seafood Nutrition Partnership (SNP) to promote fishery products during National Seafood Month this October. The partnership, which began in 2022 to encourage customers to order more seafood at Denny’s restaurants, has increased seafood unit sales significantly.
“We are excited to continue our successful relationship with Denny’s to help consumers try a delicious seafood option during National Seafood Month. The health and nutritional benefits of eating seafood are essential for your brain, heart and overall wellness,” said Linda Cornish, founder and president of Arlington, Virginia-headquartered SNP, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization.
Denny’s restaurant outlets are featuring grilled wild Alaska Salmon sourced from Trident Seafoods, served with two side dishes and dinner bread. The limited-time entree can be ordered for dine-in, pick-up, or off-premise delivery.
“Trident is honored to represent our Alaska fishermen in delivering nutritious, delicious, and sustainable salmon to Denny’s restaurants,” said Christine Garvey, vice president of national accounts for Trident Seafoods and SNP board member emeritus.
Denny’s and SNP are jointly communicating the ‘Fall In Love with Seafood Campaign’ through email newsletters, website features, and social media posts throughout October.
