A new year means a new Pizookie at BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse, where the Cinnamon Roll Pizookie is now on the chain’s menu at 216 locations in 30 states across the USA. Topped with cream cheese icing, piled high with vanilla bean ice cream and drizzled with a hot caramel sauce, the shareable sweet treat is priced at $9.25 six days out of seven.
“This new dessert masterfully mixes the comforting essence of a classic cinnamon roll with our renowned Pizookie,” said Putnam Shin, chief growth and Innovation officer at BJ’s Restaurants, Inc. “We always strive to create new ways for our guests to enjoy the Pizookie.
The new product is being offered for a limited time. All of BJ’s eight Pizookie flavors, which include Salted Caramel, White Chocolate Macadamia Nut, Sugar Cookie and Gluten-free Chocolate Chip Cookie, are available at a discounted $5 price on Tuesdays.
BJ’s non-desert menu features steaks and slow-cooked entrees range from Prime Rib and Filet Mignon to Classic Rib- Eye, Baby Back Pork Ribs and Cherry Chipotle Glazed Salmon. Among other choices are burgers, pizza, past dishes, sandwiches and salads.
