Seara, a JBS Foods brand and leading Brazilian supplier of value added frozen poultry products, presented its comprehensive portfolio of offerings at the March 25-27 International Food and Drink Event (IFE) in London, England. Attendees were invited to see and sample a diverse range of options tailored to cater to various culinary preferences and market needs. The product line is particularly aimed at wholesalers and foodservice operators.
Seara produces and supplies whole poultry, chicken cuts and ready-to-eat products, both whole muscle and formed in various coatings. Among the highlights of range in focus at IFE are karaage chicken, southern fried popcorn chicken, chicken dippers, and wings available in plain roasted, hot and spicy, and BBQ flavors.
