The German Institute for Frozen Foods’ (Deutsches Tiefkühlinstitut, or DTI) two-day Tiefkühltagung 2024 conference is set to kick off on June 3 at the NH Collection Berlin Mitte Friedrichstraße Hotel in Berlin. “The Future is Decided Now” is this year’s theme for the annual event, which has been organized to shed light on key challenges and offer new approaches to solutions for the industry.

Opening day activities will largely be devoted to executive board and management reports, the 2023 auditor’s report and financial statements, approval of the 2024 budget as well as membership fees for 2025, and the election of board members.

A party to meet, greet and network has been slated for the evening on June 3 at the Haubentaucher Pool Club. The setting combines urban flair with a relaxed ambience. Once a historic city swimming pool, the space has been transformed into a multifunctional event location offering a large outdoor area with a pool and lounge for social gatherings.

The 8:30 AM to 2:30 PM Conference schedule on Tuesday, June 4, is loaded with speakers who will deliver useful educational presentations. Here’s who and what is on the agenda:
