Amy’s Kitchen, the Petaluma, California-headquartered organic frozen food producer and marketer, has named Mel Cash (pictured above at right) as its new chief growth officer and promoted Leanne Molter (above, left) to the position of chief financial officer. The appointments mark a pivotal moment for the company as it embarks on a new chapter of innovation and transformation.
Cash joins Amy’s Kitchen from her previous role as chief marketing and innovation officer at Nestlé North America, where she promoted brands including as Stouffer’s and Sweet Earth. Previously at Kellogg, she led the Special K and Morningstar Farms brands.

Molter succeeds Peter Wong as CFO upon his retirement in June. Having previously served as chief transformation and strategy officer at Amy’s, she has been instrumental in shaping the company’s business strategy and spearheading financial transformation initiatives.
