Lamb Weston Holdings has named Sylvia Wilks as the Eagle, Idaho, USA-headquartered frozen potato products company’s chief supply chain officer. The position encompasses manufacturing, procurement, engineering, and continuous improvement responsibilities.
Walks brings more than 30 years of experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG), food and beverage manufacturing, automotive and retail businesses to the job. She joins the company from Sumner, Washington-headquartered Recreational Equipment, Inc (REI), where she served as its first chief supply chain officer, implementing impactful strategies that reduced costs and improved service levels. Prior to REI, she held supply chain leadership roles at TireHub LLC, a joint venture between the Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company and Bridgestone Americas, as well as at Kimberly-Clark Corporation and Starbucks Corporation.
