Ashford, Kent-based Brakes, a leading foodservice wholesaler in the United Kingdom, was saluted as Foodservice Operator of the Year at the prestigious Quality Food Awards (Q Awards) event in London. The Sysco GB company also picked up ten product awards, four of which were for innovative frozen offerings in its portfolio: Sysco Premium Burnt Basque Cheesecake (pictured above); Sysco Classic Cooked Chicken Teriyaki; Sysco Premium Fishless Fishcake; and La Boulangerie Doughball with Sourdough (pictured below).
