Bielefeld, Germany-headquartered Dr. Oetker is out with two variations of its Bistro Alsatian-style Flammkuchen. It has added Bistro Salami, with crème fraîche and red onions, and Bistro Vegetarisch, with crème fraîche, mild goat cheese, red onions, honey and rosemary. The pizza-like French specialty, with a crisp, irregular base, is suggested for retail at 2.59 euros.
