The 2015 edition of Anuga, held October 10-14 in Cologne, Germany, shined once again as the world’s premier B2B food and beverage show, Dietmar Eiden tells FrozenFoodsBiz.com. The Koelnmesse vice president of trade management was pleased to report that approximately 160,000 visitors attended the 35th running of the biennial fair to see, sample, buy and sell the products of more than 7,000 exhibitors from 108 countries. Frozen food producers and suppliers to the industry congregated in Hall 4, where 528 companies were on the scene. Others showcased goods and services elsewhere at the comprehensive “10 Shows in One” venue. The next Anuga is scheduled for October 7-11, 2017.
