“Opening Day and the start of the baseball season is always one of the most exciting times on our calendar,” said Alison Birdwell, president and chief executive officer of Aramark Sports + Entertainment. “As the guest experience is our top priority, this past offseason we took a deep dive into analyzing consumer purchasing behaviors to ensure we have the best idea of what our fans want. Based on the insights we found, we created innovative menu offerings that cater to our fans while also introducing exciting and dynamic flavors. We’re thrilled to kick off the 2025 MLB season with the launch of these culinary creations.”
Outlined below is an overview of the offerings available across each MLB ballpark.
Coming off a successful season that saw New York advance to the NLCS, the Mets venue is rolling out new menu additions that include the “Pulled” BBQ Jackfruit, a vegan-friendly option featuring barbecue braised jackfruit on a vegan pretzel bun, topped with coleslaw.
Also unveiled is The Fiesta Burger (pictured above), which will be available at the Adam Richman’s Burger Hall of Fame at City Field in April and May. The six-ounce taco spiced Pat LaFrieda burger patty is topped with chipotle crema, Mexican cheese blend, spicy guacamole, tortilla chips, and roasted salsa on a pan de agua roll.
This year marks Aramark’s 40th anniversary as an official partner of the Phillies, who play ball at Citizens Bank Park located just miles away from Aramark’s headquarters in Philadelphia’s Center City. Here are a few new menu items that the Phillies will unveil on opening day of the 2025 season:
• Kyle’s Chicken Cutlet Sandwich (pictured below) topped with creamy burrata, fried pepperoni and arugula, drizzled with a sweet and spicy hot honey sauce on a Liscio’s Bakery roll. A portion of the proceeds from every sandwich sold will be donated to Schwarber’s Neighborhood Heroes.
• Red Velvet Affogato cookies featuring vanilla ice cream and espresso.
• S’mores Quesadilla: Nutella, mini marshmallows and graham cracker crumble in a crispy flour tortilla served with a chocolate dipping sauce.
Entering its 30th anniversary working with Aramark, Colorado Rockies’ Coors Field will offer new twists on classic menu items including the Wazee Burger (pictured below). Served on a toasted potato bun, it features a half pound beef patty, sliced cheddar cheese, bacon, boom boom sauce, lettuce and tomato.
Also new to the menu are Wild Fries. The thinly cut potato fries are tossed with seasoned salt and served with a side of dipping sauce.
Rounding out newbies to the menu are Dessert Nachos, boasting fried flour tortillas tossed in cinnamon sugar, berries, topped with powdered sugar and caramel drizzle, served with a side of whipped cream.
Daikin Park, home of the Houston Astros, will serve up Marco’s Pizza this season, which recently became the official pizza of the team. Also new to the menu are the following:
• Chicken Waffle Sandwich: Crispy fried chicken breast, pepper jack cheese, bacon onion jam, honey chipotle aioli, two Belgian-style waffles.
• Daddy Mac Dog: Footlong angus beef frank, chopped brisket, macaroni and cheese, barbecue sauce, and crispy dill pickle.
• H-Town Hot Chicken Loaded Fries (pictured above) served with fried chicken bites tossed in H-Town Hot Sauce, ranch, hot honey aioli, and green onions.
Following an exciting season that saw the Kansas City Royals reach the ALDS, Kauffman Stadium will welcome fans back with a variety of new food items including:
• Z Man Sandwich: Slow-smoked beef brisket, smoked provolone, topped with two crispy onion rings on a toasted kaiser roll.
• Sluggerrr Dog: Chorizo topped with Manchego, tempura batter, Doritos® Cool Ranch® crust, and avocado aioli (pictured below).
• Blue Velvet Whoopie Pies featuring blue velvet cakes and vanilla fluff.
Aramark has been serving Red Sox fans at Fenway Park since 1916, officially becoming partners just four years after the historic ballpark was built. Aramark continues to find ways to enhance the fan experience at Fenway Park, which this season includes the introduction of a new Soup Shack that will dish out clam chowder, broccoli cheddar, and lobster bisque in bread bowls during the colder months of the season. Additionally, this season Fenway Park will feature a variety of new menu items including:
The Cowboy Up! Burger featuring Wolverine Ground Beef patty topped with cheddar cheese, bacon, brisket, onion rings and barbecue sauce on a brioche roll.
Street Tacos boasts a combination of pork carnitas, mango salsa, sliced red onion, and cilantro served in a corn tortilla.
• Cabot Gourmet Grilled Cheese (pictured above) is a classic sandwich made with premium Cabot cheese served on sourdough bread available with select fillings.
Aramark kicks off its second season at Oracle Park in San Francisco with the addition of new food concepts including Rah Rah Ramen offered in the following.
• Miso Ramen: Egg noodles, seared tofu, marinated bamboo, roasted corn, carrot, scallion, wood ear mushroom and bean sprouts in a miso broth.
• Shoyu Ramen: Egg noodles, roasted pork, bamboo, bean sprouts, scallion, wood ear mushroom and soy sauce tare.
Aramark’s second-longest tenured MLB client with a partnership that dates back to 1973, the Pittsburgh Pirates will offer guests at PNC Park a number of new menu items for the 2025 season. Highlights include the following:
• Fried Almond Torte: Funnel cake batter dipped, fried and topped with raspberry sauce, icing, and burnt almonds.
•Polish Cannonball (pictured above): Egg noodles, kielbasa, cabbage, bacon, cheddar cheese and herb crema dip.
• Chipped Ham Empanada: Empanada filled with barbecue chipped ham, cheddar cheese and pickles.
