Caulipower, the Los Angeles, California-based brand known for introducing the first frozen cauliflower crust pizza in the United States, has added Dill Pickle Pizza to its range. Now available exclusively in the freezer aisles of Whole Foods stores for $9.99, distribution of the new product will be expanded to other retail outlets across the nation later this year.
Baked on Caulipower’s original stone-fired cauliflower crust (made with real cauliflower, not powder), the latest offering features a creamy white béchamel sauce infused with dill pickle brine, roasted garlic, mozzarella cheese and dill. Each bite delivers a balance of savory and zesty flavors for pickle devotees and pizza enthusiasts to indulge in.
“This isn’t just a pizza – it’s a flavor revolution,” said Gail Becker, founder of Caulipower. “To celebrate the humble pickle’s new celebrity status, we added it to our signature cauliflower crust, offering a veggie-forward option that proves you can still enjoy pizza without compromise. The first ever frozen Dill Pickle pizza – yeah, we did that!”
Packed with 14 grams of protein per slice and free from artificial ingredients, fake colors and preservatives, it reportedly contains 10% less fat than the top 25 frozen pizzas on the market. So consumers can enjoy half the pizza for only 400 calories.
Since 2028 Caulipower Pizza has been the umbrella brand of Vegolutionary Foods, a platform dedicated to revolutionizing vegetable-based foods. Among other products in the portfolio include Bites, Sweet PotaTOASTS (presented as the first-ever frozen toast made from sliced and roasted sweet potatoes), and All Natural Chicken Tenders, Nuggets and Bites.
