Danielle Barran has been named country president of McCain Foods (Canada), a division of McCain Foods Limited. Having assumed full responsibility for the Canadian commercial business on August 20, she reports directly to Jeff DeLapp, president of North America operations.
“We are pleased to welcome Danielle to McCain. She will be a tremendous asset to both our Canadian business and our North American senior leadership team,” said DeLapp. “Under Danielle’s leadership, the Canadian team will continue to foster strong customer relationships and drive innovation, further enabling the leadership position of the company.”
Barran joins McCain with more than 20 years of experience in the consumer packaged goods industry, having most recently been vice president of marketing for the San Francisco, California-based pet division of the J.M. Smucker Company. She holds an MBA and HBA from the Ivey Business School.
