Enlightened, a New York City-based Beyond Better Foods brand, has launched a range of Greek Frozen Yogurt in pints. The product line is an upgraded version of its light ice cream, featuring a Greek yogurt base for added texture, taste and nutritional value.
Flavors now available at Sprouts Farmers Market, Whole Foods Market, Shoprite, Publix, Walmart and other retail outlets in the USA include Kookie Dough, Mint Chip, Chocolate Peanut Butter, Coffee Toffee, Salted Caramel Cookie, and Brownies & Cookie Dough.
Priced at $6.99, the pints offer prebiotics and probiotics benefits of Greek yogurt. With 150 calories or less, 8-10 grams of protein, and minimal added sugar per serving, they are promoted as “both a delicious and nutritious treat.”
“After seeing our customers’ response to Greek yogurt bars earlier this year, we had to try a pint version,” said CEO Michael Shoretz. “We strive to make the best-tasting low sugar treats by constantly adapting and improving.”
The Enlightened brand specializes in innovative, lower-sugar treats, including ice cream pints, bars, and desserts. Each product features high-quality ingredients that meet the needs of health-conscious consumers who don’t want to sacrifice flavor for nutrition.
