Two newly launched frozen desserts under the Erlenbacher Selection banner, Double Chocolate Mousse and Vanilla Chocolate Mousse & Cherry, are aimed at the lucrative premium market in Germany and other countries. Distribution is in 300-gram retail packs containing six portions.
The Double Chocolate Mousse product has a cocoa-cream filling, while the other has a bourbon vanilla and cherry filling. Both feature a shortcake base and are decorated with chocolate shavings.
“We offer top quality here, without the addition of preservatives, hydrogenated fat or colorings, and nothing but natural aromas,” said a spokesperson for Gross Gerau, Germany-headquartered Erlenbacher Backwaren GmbH.
