The White Castle fast food restaurant chain in the United States is ringing in the new year with the limited time return of its French Toast Slider. This sweet treat can be ordered morning, noon and night.
Available through April 20 or while supplies last, the Slider-sized Cinnamon Swirl French Toast sandwich is layered with a cracked egg, American cheese and a choice of savory sausage or hickory smoked bacon. The bread features flavor notes of cinnamon, vanilla and butter.
“A classic breakfast item with a White Castle twist makes for the perfect, craveable Slider that can be enjoyed at the table or on the go any time. This marriage of sweet and savory was an instant hit when we first introduced the French Toast Slider in 2023, and we’re excited to start 2025 by giving people what they crave,” said Jamie Richardson, vice president of the Columbus, Ohio-headquartered chain, which operates 340 units across the nation.
Among a dozen or so other items on the breakfast menu are the Belgian Waffle Slider (pictured below), Breakfast Toast Sandwich, Chicken & Waffles Slider and Hash Brown Nibblers.
The family-owned company, in business since 1921, has about 340 restaurants as well as a retail division providing its fare in the freezer aisles of retail stores nationwide. White Castle also owns and operates its own meat plants, bakeries and frozen-Slider retail plants.
