The Seafood Excellence Global awards competition is as hot as ever this year, and as usual a large contingent of frozen products have made the final cut. Winners will be announced during a ceremony and reception held at the conclusion of the first day of the Seafood Expo Global/Seafood Processing Global on April 26. The place is Auditorium 2000 at the Brussels Expo fairgrounds, and the time is 6:15 to 8 PM.
Two grand prizes will be presented for the Best Retail Product and the Best Hotel/Restaurant/Catering (HORECA) Product. In addition, five special awards will be issued for Innovation, Convenience, Health and Nutrition, Retail Packaging and Seafood Product Line.
