My/Mochi Ice Cream has debuted three new globally inspired flavors in the USA retail market: Coconut, Horchata and Guava. The 15-ounce bites, distributed in six-packs, feature milky, melty ice cream surrounded by mochi dough.
Here are brief details about the offerings:
• Coconut – Premium ice cream with coconut bits wrapped in sweet rice dough
• Horchata – Sweet and creamy meets melty and dreamy in this south-of-the-border refresher cinnamon sensation
• Guava – Bursts of fruity ice cream cradled in rice dough
“Today’s snacker gets the magic of My/Mochi Ice Cream and we’re constantly talking with them to learn about the flavors and snacking experiences they’re dreaming up,” said CEO Craig Berger. “These new products offer the textural explosion of flavor that pandemic-fatigued consumers are wander lusting after.”
Each hand-held, bite-sized mochi ball contains about 100 calories while being gluten-free, free from GMO ingredients. Meanwhile, the Los Angeles, California-based company recently announced that its non-dairy and vegan line will replace cashew cream with oat milk to create My/Mochi Out Milk Frozen Dessert.
