The Iceland frozen food specialty retailer in the United Kingdom is rolling out a Giant Cadbury Creme Egg Dessert well in advance of the upcoming April 17 Easter celebration.
Last week the chain proclaimed: “Gone are the days of boring, old hollow Easter eggs. The Cadbury Creme Egg Dessert steps it up a notch and makes chocoholics dreams come true by taking the celebrated Cadbury’s Creme Egg taste and supersizing it.”
The 400-gram sweet treat, which is selling for £6 at Iceland stores and The Food Warehouse, features white chocolate mousse surrounding classic creme egg fondant in the center of a Cadbury chocolate shell. Bonus card carrying shoppers can buy it for a discounted price of £5 price between March 16 and April 3.
