JonnyPops, the Elk River, Minnesota-based frozen novelty production company, is highlighting three mini cream pops at the March 4-7 Expo West 2025 in Anaheim, California: Birthday Surprise Minis with Cream, Neapolitan Minis with Cream, and Unicorn Minis with Cream. The products, made with no artificial dyes, are now available at Sprouts and Fresh Thyme stores in the United States, with listings at additional chains coming soon.
As the most anticipated new flavor, Birthday Surprise Minis with Cream features a classic white frosting-inspired outer layer and colorful layers of birthday cake flavor throughout to deliver a rainbow of visual appeal with red, orange, yellow, green and blue layers.
Neapolitan Minis with Cream serves up layers of strawberry, chocolate and vanilla flavors, while Unicorn Minis with Cream boats whimsical layers of cotton candy and vanilla flavors.

JonnyPops was founded in a St. Olaf College dorm room and sold its first pops at Twin Cities farmers’ markets and local cafes in 2012. Today, the company employs more than 150 people, and pops are sold at major retail outlets throughout the USA.
