Lamb Weston has announced the appointment of Rita Fisher, chief information officer and supply chain executive vice president at Reynolds Consumer Products to its board of directors.
“Rita is an excellent addition to the board. Her extensive experience in IT and supply chain will provide terrific insights to our growth strategies,” said Tom Werner, president and chief executive officer of the Eagle, Idaho, USA-headquartered supplier of frozen potato, sweet potato, appetizer and vegetable products to restaurant and retailer operators around the world.
Fisher has served as an executive capacity at Reynolds Consumer Products since August 2017. Before that she was the vice president and head of global business services at Kraft Heinz Company, having worked with Kraft Heinz and its predecessor companies for 22 years.
“Rita Fisher is a strong addition to Lamb Weston’s board of directors,” said Chairman W.G. Jurgensen. “I look forward to adding her perspective to the board based on her deep experience.”
Meanwhile, on July 19, Lamb Weston declared a quarterly dividend of $0.28 per share of its common stock. It is payable on September 1 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on August 4, 2023.
