Novi, Michigan, USA-headquartered Lineage has purchased three Bellingham Cold Storage (BCS) warehouses with approximately 24 million cubic feet of space and 85,000 pallet positions. The acquired assets on the west coast of Washington state include the Bellingham Waterfront Warehouse Center, the Orchard/I-5 Warehouse Center and the Burlington Dry location. Terms of the transition were not disclosed.
The acquisition expands Lineage’s network in the US Pacific Northwest region, which currently includes 40 strategically situated facilities across Washington, Oregon and Idaho. Additionally, it adds a strategic warehousing footprint at the Port of Bellingham, a critical hub for seafood and agricultural products.
