For the fifth year in a row, Mama Cozzi’s Pizza Kitchen & Bake Deli Pizza range has been voted as a Fan Favorite by Aldi grocery store customers in the United States. The popular frozen quick meal solution ranked as the third most popular overall product in the 2023 shopper survey. Five varieties of toppings are offered including Pepperoni, Sausage & Pepperoni, Five Cheese and Mega Meat.
Earning top marks for “Sweet Tooth Satisfaction” was the retailer’s Specially Selected Vanilla Ice Cream offering, which is distributed in 48 fl. oz (1.42 liter) containers.
“Our loyal shoppers are always vocal about their love for Aldi products and over 70,000 of them sang praises in this year’s Fan Favorites survey,” said Scott Patton, vice president of national buying. “Their feedback is invaluable, which is why we were excited to introduce new survey categories inspired by our fans’ interests.”
Headquartered in Batavia, Illinois, Aldi US will have added 120 new stores nationwide by the end of 2023, giving it more than 2,400 stores operating from coast to coast.
