Wienerschnitzel quick service restaurants in the United States have added “Chili Cheese Fries from Around the World” to the menu. Featured are: Aussie Chili Cheese Fries, loaded with jalapeño slices, grilled onions, chopped bacon and horseradish aioli; Cabo Chili Cheese Fries, accented with jalapeño slices, diced onions, chopped tomato, green pepper hot sauce and cheddar cheese sauce; and Texas Chili Cheese Fries, boasting a combination of sweet and tangy flavor with BBQ sauce, chopped bacon and grilled onions.
“These new products are unique, flavorful and all-around delicious,” said Doug Koegeboehn, chief marketing officer of the Irvine, California-headquartered operator. “If you love trying incredible new foods, these menu items are for you.”
Founded by John Galardi in 1961 with a single hot dog stand in Wilmington, California, Wienerschnitzel is among the pioneers of America’s quick service restaurant industry.
