The McLean, Virginia, USA-headquartered Food Processing Suppliers Association (FPSA) recently elected new members to its executive committee, as follows:
Gil Williams of Poly-clip System, chairman; Tom Riggins of R.A Jones, chairman of the membership committee; Tom Kittle of Handtmann, chairman of the show committee; Scott Gregory of Bettcher Industries, treasurer; Jeff Dahl, JBT FoodTech, immediate past chairman; Scott Scriven, chairman of the FPSA Foundation.
“I am honored to have been elected chairman of FPSA by the members in Orlando. The hard work done by Jeff Dahl and Scott Scriven has set the table for me to help take FPSA to the next level. I am looking forward to working with the members and getting that done,” remarked newly installed Chairman Williams.
Additionally, Jarrod McCarroll of Weber, Inc. was elected as the vice chairman of MISA, Greg Thompson of R.A Jones was tapped as chairman of the dairy council, and Dan Plante of JBT FoodTech was elected chairman of the prepared foods council. Each will serve on the FPSA board of directors as well.
Additionally, the bakery council has elected Tony Graves from the Dennis Group, and the dairy council has tapped John Campbell to serve as at-large members of the board.
The FPSA is a global trade association for suppliers in the food and beverage industries. Its programs and services include the Process Expo trade show, electronic media marketing, education, market intelligence, research, and promotion of critical industry issues such as food safety, sanitary design of equipment, and international trade.
