The Nichirei Logistics Group, a Tokyo, Japan-headquartered cold storage logistics operator with global scope, has acquired Admark Shipping Solutions Ltd. Founded in 2012 by Adam Perkins and Mark Pillsworth, the Felixstowe, England-based company provides a wide range of services specializing in ocean freight exports and imports to and from the United Kingdom, Europe and the rest of the world.
“This strategic acquisition marks a significant milestone as we continue to expand our capabilities and strengthen our position not only in global food logistics but also extend our presence in the major ports. With the addition of Admark Shipping Solutions we are ready to enhance our ability to meet the evolving needs of our customers and provide comprehensive end-to-end solutions for their logistics requirements,” stated a joint press release issued by Thermotraffic.
