Golnar Khosrowshahi and Melanie Stack have been appointed to the Nomad Foods board of directors. They are replacing Jeremy Isaacs and Simon White, who have served as board members since 2016 and will not stand for re-election at the company’s annual general meeting on June 30, 2021.

Stack is the president and chief executive officer of Ideal Protein, a medically-based weight loss company. She has over 30 years of experience in general management and marketing, with a focus on European consumer products and services. Prior to joining Ideal Protein, Stack was President EMEA of Newell Home Fragrance Division. Throughout her career, she has held various leadership roles at multi-national consumer focused companies.
Khosrowshahi is the chief executive officer of Reservoir Media Management Inc., an award-winning independent music company. Prior to her time at Reservoir, she worked in a number of different roles in advertising, design and experiential marketing for Fortune 500 companies. Khosrowshahi serves as a director of Restaurant Brands International Inc. and as a director and advisor to a number of non-profits.
