Froneri has introduced two new flavors for its Nuii indulgent chocolate ice cream stick brand that are now available at Asda stores in the United Kingdom, and will soon be listed at other retail outlets. The price is £4 per box containing three 90ml units.
Launched this month was Nuii Caramelized Salted Almond & New Zealand Honey. Featuring the indulgent flavor of honey foraged by bees from flowers of the Kāmahi tree, it is known for smooth buttery, caramel flavor with hints of toffee and vanilla. The honey is swirled through creamy vanilla ice cream, covered in milk chocolate made with sustainably sourced cocoa, combined with salted and caramelized almonds, adding a sweet and salty outer crunch.
Additionally, the brand has “transported consumers to the Scandinavian Mountains” with the introduction of Nuii White Chocolate & Scandinavian Mountain Cranberries. The sweet treat boasts mascarpone ice cream swirled with smooth mountain cranberry sauce, wrapped in a crunchy white chocolate shell. For an extra touch, the coating features a sprinkle of handpicked mountain cranberries.
The new flavors are being be backed by a year-long multi-million pound advertising campaign, spanning TV, cinema and out-of-home sampling in major cities across Britain as well as social and digital channels and in store activation.
“We’re excited to announce these additions to the range for 2024,” said Henry Craven, brand manager for Nuii. “Both flavors bring something exciting and deliciously different to our portfolio. Consumers are looking for an indulgent treat that offers an experience above the everyday variety.”
