Finalists for the Seafood Excellence Global awards competition were announced on April 3 by Diversified Communications, organizer of Seafood Expo Global/Seafood Processing Global, which will take place April 25-27 in Brussels, Belgium. As is the case every year, many frozen products are on the list.
The competition features and recognizes the best seafood products represented at the exposition. All entries will be displayed at Seafood Excellence Global stand P-4619-4635 at the Brussels Expo fairgrounds, and winners will be celebrated at an awards ceremony and reception on April 25, 6:15-8 PM, in Auditorium 2000.
Two grand prizes will be awarded for the Best Retail Product and the Best Hotel/Restaurant/Catering (HORECA) Product. Five special awards will be presented for innovation, convenience, health and nutrition, retail packaging and seafood product line.
