Detroit-style Pan Pizza has been added to the Rustica range in Canada. Unlike the thick, dense doughs of Chicago-style deep-dish pizza, this Sicilian roots version features a light and airy dough similar to focaccia. Four signature squares with crispy, cheese crusts and tasty toppings are now available, as detailed below:
Double Pepperoni, complemented by a rich tomato sauce and blend of cheeses; Cheese & Garlic, featuring a blend of mozzarella, cheddar, Asiago, and Parmesan cheeses, topped with a creamy garlic sauce for an extra burst of flavor; Meat Lovers, loaded with pepperoni, Italian sausage, ham and bacon; Deluxe is dressed with pepperoni, Italian sausage, green and red peppers, and onions layered over delicious cheese and rich tomato sauce.
