The seasonal menu at 7-Eleven outlets in the United States just got tastier. Ahead of National Chicken Wing Day on July 29, the convenience store operator has introduced Korean BBQ boneless wings at participating 7-Eleven, Speedway and Stripes stores for a limited time. Priced at $3 per eight-piece serving, the lightly breaded all-white-meat chicken is coated with a savory and sweet soy, garlic and pepper glaze sauce.

“Summer is all about adventure – and this includes adventure for your tastebuds,” said Vareesha Shariff, 7-Eleven’s senior director of hot food. “We are always trying to expand our menu with unique flavors, and these new Korean BBQ wings are sure to take your taste buds on a summer vacation abroad.”

For consumers who prefer traditional bone-in wings, no worries. The smoky-sweet glazed BBQ wings are available at a price of $5 for five for a limited time when purchased through 7Rewards or Speedy Rewards.

Headquartered in Irving, Texas, 7-Eleven Inc. operates, franchises and/or licenses more than 13,000 stores in the United States and Canada. Among its non-flagship businesses are Speedway, Stripes, Laredo Taco Company and Raise the Roost Chicken and Biscuits.
