Germany’s Schne-frost, a frozen potato product specialist, is now promoting a “special delicacy” in its two new, fluffy Potato-Gnocci offerings. The Butter-Ginger variety, made from fresh mashed potatoes baked in high quality rapeseed oil, goes well with fish or fowl, while the other one, Butter-Wild-Garlic, is somewhat spicier and goes with dark meat or fruity ratatouille.
