SeaPak Shrimp & Seafood, a St. Simons Island, Georgia-based unit of Rich Products Corporation, has rolled out SeaPak Budweiser Beer Battered Flounder Strips to supermarkets and other grocery stores across the United States. The suggested retail price for the wild-caught Alaska founder product is $10.99 per package, complete with tartar sauce. Each 200-calorie serving of two pieces contains 10 grams of protein.
“We are excited to introduce this new product,” said Ciera Womack, director of seafood marketing at Rich’s Consumer Brands Division. “SeaPak executive chefs, in collaboration with Budweiser brewmasters, perfected these crunchy, pub-style recipes. And, like the famous Budweiser lager beer, our SeaPak Budweiser Beer Battered product line contains only the finest ingredients.”
The new SKU is the latest in the growing SeaPak Budweiser Beer Battered line, which currently includes cod, shrimp, and crab poppers offerings.
Founded in 1948, SeaPak today ranks as America’s top selling retail frozen shrimp brand within the specialty seafood category.
