It’s been nine years since GOAL (Global Outlook for Aquaculture Leadership) has been held in Vietnam. The Southeast Asian nation’s aquaculture industry has grown significantly since then. In 2012, it exported US $6.13 billion worth of seafood, led by shrimp (US $2.24 billion) and Pangasius (US $1.74 billion).
