Tillamook County Creamery Association (TCCA) is dishing out two new ice cream flavors, just in time for the coming winter holiday season. The limited-edition offerings join the Tillamook, Oregon, USA-based company’s portfolio of ice cream made with more cream and less air, and channel the classic, celebratory flavors of the season.
Peppermint Bark is made with a base of rich peppermint ice cream, sprinkled with candy cane bits and white chocolate chip chunks. Adding to the merriment, Holiday Sugar Cookie packs chunks of sugar cookie dough rolled up in an extra creamy cookie dough ice cream.
“We relish the opportunity to be a part of holiday celebrations. These festive flavors are a taste of traditional holiday treats with a Tillamook twist, and as always, they’re made with the highest quality ingredients,” said Ian Moppert, TCCA’s ice cream scientist. “Many of us have fond memories of eating certain dishes during the winter holidays, such as our grandmother’s sugar cookies. And just like those beloved cookies, we make our ice cream with no shortcuts – our products taste better because they are made better.”
Tillamook’s expanding range of premium ice cream products are available across the United States at Target, Kroger, Albertsons, Safeway, Publix and other grocery stores.
