TNA, a Sydney, Australia-headquartered manufacturer of food processing and packaging equipment including freezing and end of line systems, has expanded services in the Middle East with the official opening of a new office and training center at the Dubai Airport Free Zone (DAFZ) in the United Arab Emirates.
Located in one of the leading business hubs of the region and right in heart of Dubai, the office is within easy reach of both Dubai and Sharjah airports. At double the size of the company’s previous office, the new facility offers more room for personnel as well as spare parts inventory.
TNA’s Middle East hub provides local food producers with a range of after-market services, including enhanced technical support and easier access to spare parts. Featuring a modern design and open plan layout, the site incorporates training and demonstration center.
“Our new demo and training area offers customers with a training experience that goes far beyond standard operating instructions by providing them detailed insights into the functions of TNA’s cutting-edge equipment in a live operational environment,” said General Manager Mukul Shukla.
Noting that the Middle East food industry is experiencing considerable growth at the moment, Shukla, added: “Across the region, local and international companies are looking for manufacturing equipment that improves productivity, ensures product quality and meets local consumer demands to tap into opportunities. As a global supplier with a strong local footprint, we’re ideally placed to cater to the different requirements of this dynamic industry.”
TNA’s business in the Middle East has grown tenfold since it started operating in the region in 2006 – both in terms of sales as well as staff.
