Chicago, Illinois-based Triangle Package Machinery Co. will be exhibiting the Model XYT15-RJ vertical form fill seal bagger at Booth B-6319 during the International Production & Processing Expo (IPPE) in Atlanta, Georgia, January 26-28. Thanks to its easily rotatable sealing jaw, the machine can run pillow bags, gusseted bags, 3-sided seal and Doy bags, as well as 4-corner/stand-up bags.
The bagger offers several key benefits to poultry packagers, including an easy-to-rotate sealing jaw that requires no heavy equipment or complicated tools, and allows packagers to switch formats in 15 minutes or less. Among other advantages are flexibility to run supported (laminated) or non-supported (poly) film; optional longitudinal zipper; bagging speeds up to 120 bpm; optional ultrasonic cross seal and/or back seal for 100% seal integrity and less rejects.
Technically advanced and operator friendly, the new bagging machine can run in intermittent or constant motion. In addition to the poultry sector, other market applications include red meat, seafood, and IQF products of all kinds, as well as confectionery and snack items.
The bagging machine will be shown at the Georgia World Congress Center with a Triangle InLine Combination Weigher, Model A918-4/6, which has been recently redesigned to offer 4” x 6” weigh buckets for larger piece items. The weighers provide even product distribution, reduced product streaming, hand-detachable buckets, and vibration-resistant weigh cells. They can be direct mounted and integrated with any Triangle bagger.
