Vici Gyoza with Snail and Truffle Filling in Taste Innovation Finals

Kaunas, Lithuania-headquartered Viciunai can celebrate a little success already before the doors of the 2019 running of Anuga open in Cologne on October 5. The company’s Vici brand Gyoza with Snails and Truffle in retail packaging is a finalist in the Anuga Taste Innovation competition, which highlights the 65 most innovative products among 2,000 entries.

“A growing number of consumers are giving priority to high-quality product composition and unprecedented taste. For this reason, we keep creating innovative recipes that allow us to surprise the market with unique, never before seen gourmet products,” said Vilma Stankevičienė, product development manager. “We are excited about the prospects of our latest gyoza offering.”

This year a growing range of organic products, such as bio pancakes, bio gyozas, and cod in organic breading will have its own section at the 100-square-meter Viciunai stand.

Approximately 25 representatives from Vici branches in Europe will be on the scene at Anuga to meet and greet visitors. The company will host a stand party on October 7. It promises to be “a perfect moment for our numerous guests to unwind, not forgetting that the Anuga is also about enjoyment,” said Stankevičienė.
