BluePrint Automation (BPA) and BPA Racupack will show their sophisticated equipment and expertise at Anuga FoodTec in Hall 7.1, Stand D20/E21. Machines on display at the Cologne, Germany trade fair from March 24-27 will include the Universal Delta Robot.
Delta-guided robotic technology is adept at picking individual packaged and non-packaged items for loading into containers, wrappers or horizontal form, fill and seal machines. BPA’s latest design features a new modular vision guided system developed for the horizontal packing of stand pouches, stick packs, four-side sealed pouches, sachets and pillow bags.
The basic machine has two modules and packs as many as 300 products per minute. This system is expandable with extra modules to maximize capacity.
Also shown will be BPA’s Delta Robot with feeder to unscramble products from bulk at rate of up to 175 bags per minute, and the Catamaran CPIII offered by BPA Racupack. The latter automatically erects, fills and closes wrap-around cases, tray (lids) and RSC speeds of up to 30 boxes per minute.
BPA has long been an innovator in case and tray packing solutions for flexible and other tough-to-handle packages, including end-load cartoning and wrap-around case packing capabilities for retail ready packaging. It designs and installs complete turnkey packaging systems from the end of processing through palletizing at plants around the world.
