On the heels of its successful launch of Dipped Greek Yogurt Bars in May and the announcement earlier this month of the return of limited edition seasonal products for the winter holidays, Yasso Frozen Greek Yogurt has unveiled yet another innovation: Frozen Greek Yogurt Sandwiches. The indulgent snack, promoted as “a better-for-you spin on a classic, nostalgic dessert,” serves up four grams of protein and a calorie count of 100-140 per serving.
Three flavors are available in four-packs selling for $5.99 in the frozen food departments of Target stores and other retail food outlets across North America. Brief descriptions of each offering follow:
Mint Chocolate Chip. This sweet option boasts mint frozen Greek yogurt and chocolate-flavored chips wedged between two soft chocolate wafers.Vanilla Bean. This treat takes vanilla to the next level with creamy frozen Greek yogurt and chocolate wafers.Peanut Butter. Creamy peanut butter frozen Greek yogurt cradled between soft chocolate wafers is what this product is all about.
